Broccoli Corn Bread
ingredients:
1 cup corn meal plus 1 tablespoon
1/3 cup flour
1 stick butter
2 teaspoons honey
4 large eggs
12 ounce ricotta, cottage cheese, or sour cream
1 teaspoon each salt, granulated garlic
black pepper and cayenne to taste
1 cup broccoli florets steam and chopped
2 cups shredded cheese I used a mixture of Dubliner, provolone and sharp cheddar extra for on top
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
baking powder 1- 1/2 teaspoons
Grease a 12 x 12 pan. Preheat panggangan to 350. Pour into pan. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until middle comes clean using the toothpick method. I cut this into pieces and sprinkle shredded cheddar on top while still warm
